At the request of the Attorney General's Office in Bucaramanga was fulfilled first reconciliation of Cajanal

Accompanied by the Attorney General's Office was completed in Bucaramanga (Santander) the first settlement of the plan advanced by Cajanal in Liquidation to end processes that present demands on the administrative jurisdiction.

During the conciliation hearing, both the convener, the applicant and the called, Cajanal EICE in liquidation, have demonstrated a spirit of compromise and put forward their arguments against the recalculation of the monthly pension payment, settlement and income base counter 14, also recognizing the application of Article 6 of Decree 546 of 1971.

The demand is for the recognition of pension of a professional judicial branch, whose last position held was that of labor judge Circuit.

The Circuit Court Administrative Thirteen Bucaramanga approved the settlement in terms of those agreements for the recalculation of the monthly pension payment and revenue settlement basis.

As a result of this, Cajanal EICE in liquidation should issue the administrative act which provides for the reassessment under the settlement agreements, make the inclusion in payroll and retroactive pay properly indexed.

The Court recalled that the conciliation executive merit provided appropriately approved in accordance with Article 13 of Decree 1716 of 2009.

The plan anticipates Cajanal reconciliations to the accompaniment of the Prosecutor for the Settlement is intended to clean up the obligations of that entity and respond to people who have acquired the right to receive his pension.
