Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, Preventive Monitoring Committee installed the Lagoon Ecosystem Fúquene, Cucunubá and Palace

The Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, install the "Preventive Monitoring Committee to Fúquene Lagoon Ecosystem, Cucunubá and Palace", an event to be held tomorrow, Tuesday February 28 at 9:00 am at the Educational Institution integrated township Agustín Parra Simijaca (Cundinamarca).

For the Attorney General's Office is of vital importance to promote the articulation of public bodies that deal with proper management of Lake Fúquene and its area of influence. In this regard, the Special Prosecutor for Environmental and Agricultural Affairs brought forward an evaluation to establish the effectiveness of policy instruments adopted in recent years (2006 and 3699 Conpes 3451, 2011), directly related to this body of water.

The event was attended by the governors of the departments of Boyaca and Cundinamarca, delegates from the Ministry of Environment, City and Regional Planning, Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), National Planning Department, the mayors of the municipalities in the area of influence this ecosystem and community spokesmen.
