Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, chair on Thursday March 15 discussion with municipal authorities and departments of Córdoba and Sucre

In order to present his message on public ethics for officials to comply fully with the competencies that states the law, the Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, will chair a discussion with the new municipal authorities and departments of Córdoba and Sucre .

During the event, which will take place in Monteria on Thursday March 15 from 8:00 am at the Convention Center Department of Cordoba, the head of the Public Ministry will also present guidelines for efficient and transparent and the measurement results that the Attorney General's Office performed against each of the indicators that make up the Open Government Index (IGA) in the period 2010 2011.

At the discussion group will attend, as well as the departmental and municipal Cordoba and Sucre, representatives of the Administrative Department of Public Service, the General Archive of the Nation, the Government Online program of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications Directorate Fiscal Support of the Ministry of Finance, National Planning Department and the Superintendence of Public Services, entities involved in the management of strategic information systems.

The Open Government Index (GEI) is a preventive strategy that includes monitoring the compliance strategy for combating corruption in territorial governance. The Attorney General's Office conducted the first national assessment for the period 2010 - 2011, the results to analyze what aspects should be strengthened in the management of territorial leaders and what are the success stories that must be replicated in other states.
