Attorney General's Office, in ruling on appeal, dismissed and disqualified for 10 years teaching Granada (Meta) for sexual acts with children under 14 years

In ruling on appeal, the Attorney General's Office, through the Attorney First Division for Administrative Supervision, confirmed the penalty of dismissal and disability for a period of 10 years for the exercise of public functions in any capacity and exclusion the ladder or career, Mr. José Leonardo Guevara Rojas, professor of School Camilo Torres, the city of Granada (Meta), for committing sexual acts with children under 14 years, according to Law 599 of 2000.

When discipline is accused in his capacity as teacher of the institution fraudulently incurred typical descriptions set forth in Article 209 of the Penal Code, for filing with sexual conduct with children under 14 years, touching her private parts so lewd and morbid hints here, inciting them to perform obscene acts during the school day.

The process, which at first was decided by the Regional Office of Meta, said that the accused was involved guilt by way of fraud because the behavior executed it consciously, with clear knowledge that his act was blatantly illegal and will of this went to the unequivocal implementation of it.

Finally, the prosecution said that the process works sufficient evidentiary material that gives the certainty of the existence of the fault and the liability of the public contained in Article 23 of Law 734 of 2002.

Against this judgment, no appeal having exhausted administrative remedies.
