Attorney General's Office against former mayor confirms removal of Chiriguaná (Cesar) and former Secretary of the Interior and Administrative

The Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, confirmed the dismissal and disability for 15 years imposed on Mr. Ramon Arturo Diaz Corzo, Mayor of Chiriguaná (Cesar) for the material time, for the irregularities in the contracting process awarded in 2008.
 
The disciplinary decision also shelters the current representative to the House by the department of Cesar, Yensi Alfonso Acosta, who at the time was serving as Secretary of the Interior and Administrative Affairs Department said.

In resolving the appeal lodged against the decision to single instance the chief prosecutors confirmed that indeed there were irregularities during a bidding process that culminated with the award and signing of a contract for the provision of kits and texts school for official institutions Chiriguaná (Cesar).

In this regard, it noted a poor development of the market prior studies, which Mr. Ramon Arturo Diaz Corzo infringed the principles of government contracting.

The poor performance of these studies led to the subsequent acquisition of the backpacks that made the school kits at a price higher than the values ​​evidenced in the market situation which generated a capital increase of contractor abuse.

Finally, prosecutors confirmed the disciplinary offense of Mr. Yensi Alfonso Acosta, who signed the questionable market research that supported this process forward contract in 2008.
