The Control Authority is investigating the possible breach of a right of petition made ​​by a citizen of the town of Fredonia.


The Attorney General's Office cited public hearing Mario Londono Carlos Espinosa, the mayor of Fredonia (Antioquia) for 2008-2011, in the process verbal advance against him to be heard in free version on 7 February at 9:30 a. m. at the headquarters of the Provincial Prosecutor of Fredonia.
