In single-instance judgment, the Attorney General's Office dismissed and disqualified for a period of 12 years today ombudsman of Bogotá, Francisco Rojas Birry, for failing to declare the duty to act prevented the actions taken against the firm DMG, due to the existence of a conflict of interest having received money from that firm, incurring very serious offense by way of fraud.
