Attorney General's Office established a special agency in three new cases that were known after the capture of Javier Velasco Velandia, accused of having caused the death of Rosa Elvira Cely

Given the seriousness of the facts on which it is investigated Velandia Mr. Javier Velasco, the alleged perpetrator of the death of Rosa Elvira Cely National Park in the city of Bogotá, the Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, who rejects and outright censorship such cruel acts against women and their rights, established a special agency in three cases of which were known and which also may be involved Mr. Velasco Velandia.

This research conducted by the Attorney would have a common ingredient as it infringe on legally protected, such as freedom, integrity and sexual education, facts that are investigated by the prosecution 289, 234 and 332 of Sexual Offences in Bogota.

The establishment of such special agencies is intended that the Attorney General to intervene in the legal proceedings that are ahead for the guarantee of fundamental rights.

Special agents of the Public Ministry must pay regular detailed reports of their actions and state of research.
