Attorney General's Office held the third edition of the National Disciplinary Court in the department of Tolima

Between 7 and 8 June in the Tolima branch of the Cooperative University of Colombia, the Regional Office of the Department and the Institute for the Study of Public Prosecutions (IEMP) held for the third consecutive year the National Disciplinary Court.

The event is aimed at academic staff prosecutors and exercise disciplinary operators work in the departments of Tolima and Huila.

The programming of the conference includes topics such as 'ordinary and verbal disciplinary procedures', 'Test disciplinary' and 'Notifications, Communications, annulments, resources, revocation', which discusses the Single Disciplinary Code regulations and reforms to the Law 1474 of 2012.

It will also address the 'Doctrine and jurisprudence of the High Courts'. This training will be provided by members of the Network of Trainers of IEMP.

The National Disciplinary Court aims to unify criteria for the interpretation and application of standards, which are looking for efficiency and effectiveness that involve full due process for persons involved in the disciplinary process, transparency and benefit to society.
