Attorney General's Office made ​​the statement of objections against exrector National University

The Attorney General's Office statement of charges made ​​against Mr. Moisés Wasserman Lerner in his capacity as president of the National University for the date of the facts, issue resolution services commission for teachers Montenegro Fernando Lizarralde for 7 days to go the City of Panama, without the prior consent of the Faculty Council.

By his action, the president ignored the provisions of Article 25 of the agreement number 016 of 2005, not having in advance with the favorable opinion of the Council, set out as a requirement for the granting of commissions to the academic staff.

Lizarralde Professor Montenegro was invited to Panama to participate in the study of overall improvement in neighborhoods of the city that took place in September 2007, within the course program, the Master of Urban Design at the Faculty of Arts National University in Bogotá.

The order, issued by the First Delegate Administrative Oversight, says the rector Wasserman Lerner could be liable to disciplinary provisionally classified as serious by the terms of Article 23 of Law 734 of 2002.
