Attorney General's Office of Putumayo trained ombudsmen

The Attorney General's Office made ​​the day of induction led to the ombudsmen (as) municipal department of Putumayo, focusing on the roles they play in the respective municipalities as representatives of society, human rights defenders and the role of prosecutors.

In the event covered the following topics were made by the regional prosecutor and lawyers Putumayo dependence:
 
a. Attention to crime victims of forced displacement within the framework of Chapter III of Act 1448 of 2011 and from the standpoint of the criteria established by the Attorney General's Office.
 
b. Overview of regular disciplinary proceedings and the amendments made by Law 1474 of 2011.
 
c. The disciplinary process verbal
 
d. The role of judicial intervention.
 
The event was attended by the judges of the Superior Court Judicial District Mocoa, who supported the training to guide on the work of judicial intervention that ombudsmen should advance to the front of the existing municipal courts and those who recently have been creating in this department.
 
The officials who attended the call were representatives of the municipalities of San Miguel, Orito, Villagarzon, Guamuez Valley, Colon, Puerto Caicedo, Santiago, San Francisco, Puerto Leguizamo and Mocoa.
