The Attorney General's Office ordered the opening of a disciplinary investigation into the server Edgar Alfonso Bejarano Mendez, president of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), for alleged responsibility for the causes and effects of the rainy season from 2010 to 2011.

With respect to the responsibility of local leaders of the upper basin of Bogotá, derived from the floods of the rounds and licensure of planning and / or construction on them, risk management and compliance of land, he set forward the relevant copies to the relevant provincial prosecutors so that they have the respective disciplinary investigations against the mayors of Villapinzón, Choconta Sesquilé, Cajicá, Sopo, Mosquera, Chia and Cota (Cundinamarca).
