Attorney General's Office participates in Expoestatal 2012, meeting the transparency and efficiency in public procurement

The Attorney General's Office and the Institute for the Study of Public Prosecutions (IEMP) will participate in "Expoestatal 2012", an event that takes place on 12 and 13 April at the International Business Center and Exhibition Bogota, Corferias, and which brings together suppliers of products and services for the State and public entities that provide services to the public sector.

Under "Expoestatal 2012" is held a training seminar on government procurement and update aimed at government officials, in which the attorney has now two conferences:

9:15 a.m. New disciplinary and classification Fouls committed in public procurement. Corruption statute. Penalties and procedures. Amendments to the Rules of ineligibility and incompatibility for public servants and disciplinary system. Speaker: Francisco Manuel Salazar Gomez, attorney first delegate to the State Council.

3:30 pm New Staff Disciplinary Offences against corruption. Index Open Government and anti-corruption strategy. Speaker: Carlos Augusto Díaz Mesa, prosecutor for the Decentralization and Territorial.

The Attorney and the IEMP are available to visitors to the stand 431, Hall 6, Level 1, with relevant information and the most outstanding publications that have been published recently on the management of Public Prosecutions.
