Attorney General's Office promotes public participation through the Town Meeting in Coveñas (Sucre)

Promote citizen participation in decisions of administrative matters that affect them directly, is the goal of the initiative that promotes the Attorney General's Office to encourage the Open Meeting, the mechanism provided in the Constitution for the exercise of participatory democracy.

The initiative is led by the Attorney Seventh Delegate to the State Council and the community seeks to recover values ​​such as sense of belonging, respect for the public, the importance of electing and being elected, among others.

In this activity, is called the completion of a Town Meeting in the town of Covenas, Sucre, which will take place next May 25 from 9 am, with the purpose of addressing issues related to investment resources from royalties.
