Attorney General's Office quote public hearing to the Secretary of Government of Bogotá

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mr. Guillermo Raul Coronado Asprilla, Secretary of Government of the Mayor of Bogotá, to answer for an alleged incompatibility at the time of possession as district councilor on 23 September 2011, director of the UAESP in January 2012 and Secretary of Government in May 3, 2012.
 
Research has shown, at the time of the events Mr. Asprilla Coronado acted as attorney in a class action coming on against the Capital District as a certificate issued by the Council of State, Division of Administrative Section third.
 
The said corporation court certified that Mr. Guillermo Raul Coronado Asprilla figure as a proxy of Mr. Leonardo Quintero Buitrago and others, thus acting in the interests of the applicants without being revoked at any time the power of attorney, so possibly committed a disciplinary offense.
 
The procedure was carried out in the courtroom of the Attorney General's Office of Bogotá, located in the 5th race No. 15-80, floor 4, of this city, on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 9 am.
