Attorney General's Office raised objections to exrector Industrial University of Santander

The Attorney General's Office made ​​the statement of objections to Mr. Jaime Alberto Camacho Pico, in his capacity as rector of the Universidad Industrial de Santander for the material time, for possible collaboration with armed groups outside the law

For the prosecution, the investigation may fall within disciplinary offense by committing to provide information to a person who identified himself as a member of the illegal group called "Black Eagles", to develop a list of teachers and students who were to be a so-called "gun plan".

The Second Attorney's Office for Administrative Oversight indicated that this behavior may correspond to the offense under the Criminal Code as a collaboration with armed groups outside the law
 
It also considered that the then rector may fall within any possible default in the performance of their duties by not having reported the existence of such conduct punishable as his knowledge of the facts, the severity of symptoms and possible attacks involving the lives of those people.

Failure was classified provisionally as very serious fraud committed by way of virtue for the server disciplined despite knowing their functional duties as the highest administrative authority of the Industrial University of Santander, said nothing to the knowledge of criminal acts that were to develop against students, teachers and officials of that institution, possibly neglected their duties and obligations.
