Attorney General's Office referred to disciplinary body reports on contractual irregularities Cumaribo municipalities and Puerto Carreño (Vichada)

In advanced preventive actions in the municipalities of Puerto Carreño Cumaribo and (Vichada), the Attorney General's Office revealed alleged irregularities in the recruitment process developed by local governments for the provision of health services, and development of advocacy and prevention outlined in the plans for collective interventions, facts that were brought to the attention of the disciplinary body.

On 30 March the mayor of Cumaribo signed directly the administrative agreement 030 with a value exceeding $ 2,631 million with the "IPS Indigenous Matsuldani", without there being mediated invitation to other entities legally authorized to submit proposals to contract.
