The Attorney General's Office file charges to the rector of the Colegio de Boyaca, Nelly Sol Gomez de Ocampo, for possible abuse of a student morale.

Research the facts occurred on September 6, 2010 in the afternoon when, in his capacity as Chancellor, had abused a student morally after being caught kissing goodbye to her boyfriend, when entering the school.

The alleged abuse would have set moral in the fact of calling attention to the young man in a loud voice in front of the coordinator, the violin teacher and other members of the educational community, which resulted in the student a sense humiliation of public ridicule he was subjected.

The control body seeks to establish whether the chancellor proceed is establishing a disciplinary for being inappropriate behavior with which he could harm the dignity of the teenager, who as part of the educational community deserved to be treated with respect.

For the prosecution, whether the behavior of the youth threatened the morals and customs of the school, she deserved a respectful and dignified, which apparently did not occur in this case, for Mrs. Ocampo Gomez allegedly proceeded to abuse in his moral integrity.
