Attorney General's Office trained to representatives of 35 municipalities in Boyacá

The Attorney General's Office held a training session aimed at the ombudsmen of 35 municipalities in Boyacá who took office on 1 March, on issues related to the performance of its duties, the preferential order, the disciplinary process, ethics and the fight against corruption.

Academic activity is coordinated by the Provincial Attorney Tunja and aims at putting into the new ombudsmen the importance of their role as public prosecutor, suppliers of state resources and guaranteeing the interests of the local community.

During the meeting is to agree an agenda for continuing the process of coordination and training of municipal officials, led by the Provincial Office of Tunja to address issues of interest to the performance of their duties as prosecutors.

The event will take place next March 23 in the city of Tunja in the lounge Ezequiel Rojas of the Government of Boyaca.
