Attorney General's Office upheld dismissal of teachers in the department of Caquetá

The Attorney General's Office confirmed the sanction of removal and general disqualification for a period of 10 years holding public office to Ms. Osorio Yaileth Corridor, in his capacity as teacher of the department of Caquetá, for bringing a false title to establish requirements .

The teacher was investigated for filing with the Secretary of Education Caquetá department, degree certificate issued by the University of Quindio credited as the pure chemical in order to meet the requirements for the position of basic education teachers in secondary and secondary education in the natural sciences and chemistry of School Marco Fidel Suarez municipality of Milan, Caquetá.

During the investigation it was found that the document was false, since the same university certified that this title is not conferred by the institution of higher education and that Ms. Osorio Corridor extended only through fifth semester of Chemistry.

The prosecution said the sanctioned from the moment he presented the document to prove their professional title, the June 13, 2006, until his resignation was accepted, July 7, 2010, knew of the irregularity which was incurring , conduct of a continuing nature with which violated the disciplinary law.

The Control Authority concluded that it may lend credibility to the events described by the sanctioned telephone his attorney the day of hearing was issued on the judgment of first instance, when referred to as defensive arguments that the death of father of sanctioned the birth of this child, the death of the boy's father her child, taking custody of the son of the sanctioned by the ICBF and sending it to a foster home, and unless these events have occurred to the date the sanctioned provided the false document.

In this regard the view that face these facts there is no evidence, nor any sign that serves to demonstrate that coincidentally were presented to date that seek to fraudulently access the educational ladder.

He warned that even if such events have demonstrated, their causal nexus with the fact in question and the timing of its occurrence to say that affected the behavior of the punished to the point of carrying a false document to provide the professional without being credited course, this situation is not enough to structure the existence of a causal defense to liability.
