Attorney cited former mayor of public hearing Luruaco (Atlantic)

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mr. Antonio Roa Montero, in his capacity as mayor of Luruaco (Atlantic), because apparently did not respond to requests made by the registrar of the municipality in January and February 2011, and the municipal ombudsman in March of that year.

The procedure was carried out on 10 April at 2:30 pm at the Provincial Office of Barranquilla (Atlántico), located in the race 44 # 38-11, 6th floor of the "People's Bank Building" by that city.

The complaint filed by the municipal registrar Luruaco (Atlantic) revealed before the Agency's lack of response to the trades directed to Mr. Antonio Roa, in which they requested a copy of the budget allocated for electoral registration and election ballots local October 2011 and which was later reiterated this request.

Additionally, the officer investigating because apparently did not respond to a letter sent by the municipal ombudsman Luruaco (Atlantic), by which it urged the exmandatario server to send immediately to the trades responses sent by the registrar, otherwise to present disciplinary complaint with the Provincial office for breach of their duties as public servants.
