Attorney cites public hearing exconcejal of Since (Sucre)

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mr. Roger Enrique Lara Rosales, in his capacity as a municipal councilor of Since (Sucre), who had failed to act in the discharge of their duties.

The public hearing will come on the 29th of March at 2:30 pm at the headquarters of the Provincial Prosecutor of Sincelejo, located on Calle 23 # 16-20, 2nd floor, of that city.

According to evidence gathered, then a municipal councilor had failed in his duties as a public servant to delay reporting the disciplinary offense committed by Mr. Carlos Adolfo Sierra Mesa, who took office as a councilor, which was informed by reason of their duties .

It was established that Mr. Carlos Adolfo Mesa served as a councilor despite fall within inability to hold this position and therefore the November 16, 2005 the Administrative Court declared void the act Sucre declaration as elected councilor of Since (Sucre). Mr. Mesa was replaced by Lara Morales, who only until March 20, 2008, ie two months after completing his term as councilor, presented by the disciplinary complaint made ​​to the Provincial Office of Sincelejo.
