Attorney cites public hearing of mayoral exservidor Chiquinquirá

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mr. Jorge Buitrago Albeiro Ramirez, in his capacity as secretary of the office of Organizational Development and Human Resources functions of coordinator of the Internal Disciplinary Control Chiquinquirá Township, because apparently not disqualified himself from several disciplinary proceedings over which he had a personal and direct interest.

The public hearing will be held on Monday 16 April 2012, at 2:30 pm in the office of the Provincial Attorney Chiquinquirá (Boyacá).

He accuses Mr. Buitrago Ramirez declared the non-disabled to meet three disciplinary proceedings in that office were against him and another process that acted as plaintiff.

Consider the Attorney General that the investigation, after taking office, due immediately manifest impediment to know these disciplinary proceedings, so unreasonably failed to fulfill the duty claimed, attended only after preventive visit conducted by the Attorney General.

In furtherance of the public hearing to advance the Provincial Attorney Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) will read the order of citation and be given the floor for Mr. Ramirez Buitrago if you like this version of the facts either orally or in writing and provide or request the taking of evidence it deems relevant to his defense.
