Attorney cites public hearing on the manager of the Sanitary Quindío

The Attorney General's Office, through the Regional Quindío, citing public hearing Heidelmann Grajales Mr. Bridges, in his capacity as manager of the Sanitary Quindío (ESAQUIN SAESP), who allegedly did not attend a right to petition.

He must explain to the Regional Office Quindío the reasons allegedly omitted a proper act of its functions to any response to date, the right of petition filed on March 23, 2011 by Mr. Javier Alonso Ortiz Garcia, legal representative of Telmex TV channel Quindío ally, in requesting copies of a series of documents of the company necessary for the exercise of freedom of speech and press in his journalism.

The results of the preliminary inquiry, the right to petition initiated in the healthcare business, was never answered, which is according to our legal disciplinary alleged irregular conduct in accordance with Article 177 of Act 734 of 2002.

The procedure was carried out at the premises of the Regional Office Quindío Tuesday April 10 from 8 and 30 am.
