Attorney confirmed expersonero dismissal against Bogota, Francisco Rojas Birry

 

The Attorney General's Office upheld the only instance in which it dismissed and disqualified for 12 years expersonero Bogota, Francisco Rojas Birry, who departed not from knowledge of proceedings involving DMG given that there was a link between them on account of the money the firm received exservidor before taking office as ombudsman.

The prosecution said that the conduct of expersonero not complied with the provisions of Article 40 of the Single Disciplinary Code, which provides that "Any public servant shall be declared unable to act in a case when you have a particular interest and direct regulation, management, control or decision. "

Against this decision no appeal disciplinary with the Attorney General's Office.
