Attorney file charges against Judith Pinedo Florez exalcaldesa Cartagena district

For alleged irregularities in the exercise of its functions, the Attorney General's Office file charges against Mrs. disciplinary Judith Pinedo Florez, in his capacity as mayor of Cartagena de Indias for the time of the events.

The order handed down by the First Deputy Attorney General for Administrative Supervision said that the disciplined appointed Mr Luis Ernesto Araujo Rumi office as secretary of the mayor of Cartagena, without complying with the requirements of the Act and regulations to access it and hold the office.

The disciplinary process is initiated by the Attorney General after a complaint from a citizen who filed a right to petition in June 2008 the Mayor of the District of Cartagena, and asked to report on the studies, professional experience and the possession date office of secretaries and directors of the decentralized entities related to administration, without being given timely response.
