Attorney made charge sheet against former officials of the municipal administration of Bojayá (Chocó)
For alleged irregularities in contractual matters, the Attorney General's Office proffered statement of objections against Asprilla Manuel Palacio Joaquín Rodrigo Incarnation Chaverra Yenmin Cuesta Cuesta and Valencia, under conditions of Mayor Bojayá (Chocó), Secretary of Government and treasurer, respectively for the period 2008-2011.
The study said it appears the former mayor held five consultancy contracts amounting to the sum of $ 270,000 with commercial society Pines Agro Ltd., which eventually proved to provide services without disclosing any selection process established by Act 80 of 1993, it had held as consulting contracts.
Also, the former officials Palace Asprilla, Chaverra Cuesta Cuesta Valencia, could be disqualified on disciplinary offense by ignoring the principles governing government contracting to participate in the various stages for the subscription of six contracts for services worth $ 75,100. 000 which were awarded without developing the respective previous studies.
The Body Control also revealed that the said contracts were not signed by the parties, nor did they date or consecutive.
