Attorney raised objections to former officials of Magdalena

Statement of objections made the Attorney General's Office against Mr. José Gregorio Sanchez Pinedo, in his capacity as Secretary of the Interior Infrastructure Magdalena Gomez and Jorge Castro, who served as supervisor (e) of the Government of Magdalena for the material time, for any irregularities in a construction contract signed between the municipality of Whirl and a particular firm.

The decision also blanket Mélaïs Mr. Alberto Soleiman, in his capacity as legal representative of the signing of that agreement intervening public works, who had failed to comply with technical and administrative supervision of the design and construction of works for flood control and erosion in the municipal seat of the Whirlwind (Magdalena).
 
The Statement of Objections states that Mr. Soleiman Mélaïs allowed to apply designs and redesigns unsuitable for the work and agreed that work did wrong in the anchors of the piles, which led to the construction site submit a collapse of 12 piers within the time of auditing.
 
Conduct against Mr. Sanchez foisted Pinedo, who served as supervisor of contract auditing, prosecutors noted the possible irregularities committed by failing to monitor its function of auditing actions in implementing the contract, which generated the facts already mentioned.
 
Finally, the prosecution made the statement of objections to Mr. Jorge Gomez Castro at the time of the facts, who apparently would have allowed the continuation of the work contract signed when he had developed irregularly, as they had applied designs and redesigns that were not right for the flood control work required by the place it should intervene, and likewise had made incorrect work anchors the piles with the consequences already noted.
