Attorney uttered statement of objections against municipal exmandatario Guarne (Antioquia)

On the alleged breach of Resolution 044 issued by the Superintendency of Corporations, which regulates the early reception of money destined for the development of plans and programs developed for housing self-management, community participation or self, the Attorney General's Office issued statement of charges against Antonio Montoya Mauricio Gonzalez, former mayor municipal Guarne (Antioquia) during the period 2008-2011.

Apparently, the former official allowed the Community Action Committee of Mary Help raise money neighborhood of aspiring beneficiaries of the proposed affordable housing "Urbanization The Brizuela" without expidiera the municipal administration permission and without meeting the requirements of the resolution of the Superintendence. Derived from this, is the disciplined passing on the violation of Act 136 of 1994, embodying the acts to be issued by the mayor for the due execution of the agreements and the functions assigned to it.

Consider the Provincial Attorney Rionegro that Mr. Montoya Gonzalez breached its duty of care for the heritage of those most compromised, causing anxiety, concern and disruption to the community.

Violations committed by the exmandatario were provisionally classified as serious offenses committed with grave fault.

Finally, the supervisory body for attested copies in separate process, the Provincial Prosecutor later Rionegro disciplinary investigation against Antonio Montoya Mauricio Gonzalez, for allegedly obstructing the access of the evidence cited requiring the development of this provincial disciplinary investigation.
