City officials and department of Santander will meet with Attorney Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado table corruption compliance

The Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, will chair a discussion with city officials and department of Santander, in order to spread his message on public ethics preventive servers to fully address the law in exercising its functions.

The event will be held in Bucaramanga tomorrow, Friday March 23 from 8:00 am in the Auditorium of the Government Augusto Espinosa de Santander. Table is the fifth anti-corruption compliance carried out by the Attorney General's Office with the new territorial leaders, and there the chief prosecutors presented the results of measuring the entity performed against each of the indicators that make up the Open Government Index (IGA) in the period 2010 to 2011.

Attending, in addition to the departmental and municipal Santander, delegates of the Administrative Department of Public Service, the General Archive of the Nation, the Government Online program of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, the Office of Fiscal Support Ministry of Finance, National Planning Department and the Superintendence of Public Services, entities that are part of the management of strategic information systems.

The Open Government Index (GEI) is a preventive strategy that includes monitoring the compliance strategy for combating corruption in territorial governance. The Attorney General's Office conducted the first national assessment for the period 2010 - 2011, the results to analyze what aspects should be strengthened in the management of territorial leaders and what are the success stories that must be replicated in other states.
