For alleged irregularities in contractual matters, the Attorney General's Office cited public hearing former mayor of Caldas (Antioquia)

To present his version of events related to contractual irregularities, the Attorney General's Office Public Hearing verbal quoted Mr Luis Guillermo Escobar Vasquez, in his capacity as Mayor of Caldas in the period 2008-2011.

The evidence gathered indicates that, apparently, Mr. Escobar Vasquez failed execution of a contract between the municipality of Caldas and the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Central Antioquia (Corantioquia) in order to recover areas degraded by erosion processes streams Solita and Reventona, conduct that allegedly caused patrimonial detriment to the municipality.

The disciplinary care will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012, from 2:00 pm in the office of Provincial Solicitor Aburrá Valley, located in the race 56 A # 49 A 30, Cosmos Building, Room 204 , of this city.
