For possible payroll parallel objections to the former director of Coldeportes

Statement of objections made ​​the Attorney General's Office against Mr. Everth Bustamante García, in his capacity as CEO of Coldeportes for possible irregularities in the celebration of more than 130 contracts to provide services during 2008 in excess of the 6 billion pesos.

According to the disciplinary investigation, the director of Coldeportes have held 134 contracts to provide services which exceed the number of staff members of this body under the Ministry of Culture and have committed resources in excess payroll budget.

Attorney considers that this behavior is found, Mr. Bustamante García had committed disciplinary offense given that the said contracts were aimed at "the fulfillment of public functions or administrative, required to devote full time and were subordinate to the heads of the Coldeportes units where their services rendered, desnaturalizándose this type of contract (...) ".

Attorney General warns that the activities engaged by the former director of this organization did not correspond to any of the events that should this kind of contracts that could be developed by plant personnel.
 
Consequently, with the conclusion of these contracts to perform administrative support activities and operating the former director would have led to a parallel payroll, he said the Control Authority.
