IEMP reinforces the model of leadership in the Attorney General's Office

With training in 'coaching' (training counselors) directed at the management level of the Attorney General's Office, the Institute for the Study of Public Prosecutions seeks to deepen the concept of leadership in organizations and how to positively influence the teams, all looking to optimize the service offered to citizens and the fulfillment of the mission of the institution functions.

Increase the potential is the goal of the academic agenda in 'coaching' to receive 48 servers of the Attorney General's Office between February and March 2012, with advice from the Educational Resource Center for Competitiveness.

The program, to be held in three sessions, was designed taking into account the development needs of each of the leaders who will participate in training and the areas they represent within the Public Ministry.

The first session will be held on Monday 6 February at the Officers Club Colombian Air Force (FAC).
