IEMP teaches graduate "Disciplinary and Anti-Corruption Statute" workers of Ecopetrol

From Wednesday, the Institute for the Study of Public Prosecutions (IEMP) of the Attorney General's Office performs the training "Disciplinary Procedures, Law 734 of 2002 and Law 1015, 2006, updated with the 1474 Act Of 2011-Corruption Statute - ", 20 officials of Ecopetrol SA

The project objective is to provide academic participants theoretical and practical tools that enable them to understand their rights, duties, prohibitions, disqualifications, incompatibilities and conflicts of interest in the exercise work.

The training will last for 60 contact hours spread over seven days and a half, plus 20 hours of study and analysis of specific cases. Among the topics to be addressed include an overview of the reform of Anti-Corruption Statute and the disciplinary process, the structure of the disciplinary offense, the objections, the taking of evidence and government procurement, among others.

With this training, the Institute for the Study of Public Prosecutions works to improve the skills of the servers in the country, promoting transparency in the exercise of their functions and ensure the respect of civil rights of Colombian citizens.
