IEMP will provide training on New Anti-Corruption Statute Guainia department

The Attorney General's Office, through the Guainía Regional Training Network and the Institute of the Public Ministry, will provide the next 6 and 7 March, in the city of Puerto Inirida, a training session on the implementation, implementation and impact of the New Anti-Corruption Statute in Colombia.

The event is promoted by the Regional Commission for the moralization of the department, which make the Attorney General's Office, the Comptroller General's Office, the Attorney General's Office and the Ombudsman.

The sessions will discuss the reforms that the New Anti-Corruption Statute introduced to topics such as the normal procedure, the oral procedure, evidence, grounds for exclusion of liability of individuals and disciplinary action for recovery, among others.

The goal is to update regulations on civil servants and general public, thus ensuring respect for citizen rights and the full implementation of the functions of the entities.
