In ruling on appeal, the Attorney General's Office confirmed removal and general disqualification for 15 years to the former mayor Municipal Nile (Cundinamarca)

By allowing a third party in an unjustified increase their assets and to mislead the public resources for the municipal administration of Nilo, Cundinamarca, the Attorney General's Office, through the Regional Office of Cundinamarca, confirmed the sanction of removal and general inability holding public office for a term of 15 years to Mr. Carlos Hernan Vargas and Jairo Aurelio Caro, former mayor and conditions of former Secretary of the Treasury, for the material time, the municipality of Nilo, Cundinamarca, respectively.

The disciplinary offense relates to the signing of a trade between those officials who ordered to transfer the sum of $ 597,600 million dollars to an account that was the name of EJC Treasury to the date of the facts, the transaction was mediated the respective administrative process, budgetary and accounting procedures to guarantee the movement of these funds, resulting in the loss of them.

The Attorney General found that involved a very serious offense incurred by way of guilt imputed grave by ordering a banking operation in conjunction with a trade only, without attaching brackets for ingress and egress, to certify that the transaction was carried out correctly .

Against this measure of second instance is no recourse.
