The Attorney General's Office upheld a ruling on appeal the suspension in the course of their duties for eight months imposed on Mr. Miguel Villa Antonio Osorio, who in his capacity as teacher continuously conducted a series of misconduct that affected other teachers, students and a parent.

On the one hand it was established that the then professor Miguel Antonio Villa hindered the classes taught by two teachers, for without permission and went uninvited to the classrooms of teachers, heavy joked to the students and addressed them using nicknames.

Also, it was established that the teacher had inappropriate behavior in the courtyard of the hospital and during the formation of campus students.

The determination on appeal states that the public servant then physically and verbally assaulted employees of the school, students, teachers and a member of the Parent Board, who hit a shot.
 
For the prosecution it is clear that the teacher made ​​extremely serious conduct, immoral and unethical practices that threatened the state purposes and principles that form the administrative function.

Attorney notes that Mr. Villa Osorio his conduct violated his functional duties as a teacher, which imposed an obligation to give students a treatment and example.

The final rating made ​​by the Control Authority of such acts committed by Mr. Miguel Antonio Villa was a serious offense, committed with intent to respond to acts arising from their will and knowledge.
