Knowledge Room for Justice and Peace welcomes requests substantially's office in the ruling against AUC commander, alias "The German"

The Public Prosecutor sustained the appeal he filed against the ruling issued by the Board of Knowledge Peace and Justice last December 16, 2011, in the process that presents the name of Freddy Rendón Herrera, alias "The German" , in his capacity as commander of the block "Elmer Cárdenas" of the Defense Forces of Colombia.

The Office argues that it was noted in the decision "a clear understanding on the type of representation of the PGN indeterminate victims intended to make at the hearing" much less conceptual and methodological framework assumed by this institution in the appropriate intervention.

The ruling, in their decisions reflect collective reparation applications filed by the prosecution as to clarify that the demonstration of the damage from the perspective of the legal representation of the PGN is consistent with the content of the Human Rights violations and violations of international humanitarian law, which are the subject of judicial decision.
