Objections to former mayor of Manaure (La Guajira)

Within the disciplinary investigation seeks to establish whether the municipality of Manaure not make these publications on the website since www.contratos.gov.go connectivity service was suspended for nonpayment.

Given this disciplinary proceeding, the prosecution stated that "the contracting entity will be responsible for ensuring the publicity of all proceedings and actions associated with the recruitment process unless expressly referred matters and subject to such advertising shall be in the System for electronic Government Procurement (SecOPs) through the Unified Procurement Portal.
