Objections to the former director of the department of Caquetá Transit

The Attorney General's Office made ​​the statement of charges against Luis Perdomo Hernan Artunduaga, for alleged irregularities in his capacity as director of the Institute of Traffic Department to issue licenses Caquetá transit without fulfilling the requirements of law

The disciplinary investigation was initiated following the complaint of a citizen who obtained his driving license transit agency above and making the request on the website of the National Register of drivers from the Ministry of Transport, is not recorded.

Later in the investigation were included complaints from other citizens similarly situated, or when required by the traffic police and present the document issued by the Institute of Traffic Department were informed by the latter that were not registered in the website Ministry, which would be committing an offense of forgery.

Therefore, the prosecution made ​​the statement of objections because apparently transit licenses were issued irregularly by not reporting to the Ministry of Transport the sale of licenses allocated ranges and licensing with ranges that were unauthorized, lacking such valid documents.

Behavior was tentatively classified as very serious disciplinary offense committed by way of fraud.
