Office and other state agencies signed statement to the creation of the Center of thought to strengthen the administrative settlement

The Attorney General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Comptroller General's Office, School of Public Administration and Project FortalEsDer signed the declaration for the creation of the Center for Strengthening thought administrative conciliation

With this statement the entities listed agree to participate actively in providing ideas, logistical tools and resources to the implementation of this center of thought.

Also promote the integration of a desk that will meet every month by calling the National Delegate for Administrative Settlement in order to structure and regulate the operation of the center.

The initiative seeks to track the development of reconciliation in Colombia in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this tool and to help design and implement strategies for the litigious culture change and the transition to a culture of reconciliation.

For the prosecution, the use of alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution, especially that of conciliation, should play a leading role with opportunity to resolve the conflicts among individuals and the state, thereby helping to mitigate the impact caused by congestion on the public finances in judicial matters.
