Outright dismissal of 10 years against former mayor of Groves (Norte de Santander)

In ruling on appeal, the Attorney General's Office upheld the sanction imposed against Edwin Rolando Rojas Paez, in his capacity as Mayor of Woodlands (North of Santander) for the constitutional period 2008-2011, consisting of suspension from office and inability holding public office for a term of 10 years.
