PRESS RELEASE (7 February)

On the occasion of the information related to inter-administrative agreement for the development of the Mountain Highway project, the Attorney General's Office reports:

- The internal working document to which reference has been made with respect to the analysis of the Montana Highway project was referred to the office of Attorney General's Office and is being analyzed, taking into account that according to the information collected, the inter-administrative agreement has 9 appendixes, and studies were presented to the National Infrastructure 3 hard drives, 22 CD and 14 boxes.

- The preliminary report does not contain any decision regarding the continued validity of the contract or inter-administrative and any decision will take into account the offer of cooperation shown by ISA and analysis presented by the ANI on definitions of basic scope of the project, plans labor, inputs, tolls, financial structuring and technical annexes, among others.
