Quoted public hearing teacher Sahagun (Cordoba) for possible sexual act with a minor

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mr. Ariel Tenorio Jesus Vega, in his capacity as a school teacher in the municipality of Sahagun (Cordoba) for possible misconduct against a child under 8 years.

The hearing will be held on May 18, 2012 from 9:00 am in the office of Regional Attorney Cordoba, located on Calle 25 N º 6-81 in the city of Monteria.

The Statement of Objections states that months ago the teacher allegedly kissed her mouth and lifted her skirt to one of his students, which constitutes misconduct that threaten the formation of the affected child.

Mr. Tenorio Vega with his conduct "an attack on the morality, decency and the right of children to be treated with dignity and to be protected against all forms of sexual abuse in violation of internal rules of the institution of disciplinary rules and criminal law ".

In compliance with the disciplinary diligence will read the citation order a public hearing and the evidence allowed to ask for the investigation or his agent, and trade tests as may be necessary.
