Sanction supernumerary confirm the Capital District

For assistance and advice within the year following his retirement in subjects that had knowledge before the agency in which he was connected, the Attorney General's Office confirmed the sanction of suspension and disability, for a period of three months, imposed against Mrs. Janeth Milena Rodríguez Pardo, in his capacity as supernumerary Urban Delineation Group assigned to the Office for Tax Branch Secretary of the Treasury of Bogotá.

The prosecution proved that served exservidora assistance and advice to taxpayers about tax issues related to urban boundary, before the agency with which it was linked, in the previous year, and in matters relating to the duties of office he played.

With this behavior Mrs. Rodríguez Pardo, erred in failing to attend a disciplinary offense as provided in paragraph 22 of Article 35 of Act 734 of 2002 which prohibits providing, individually, support services, representation or advice in matters relating to the functions of the position, up to a term of one year after the abdication of office.

By uttering the decision, the Second Deputy Attorney General for Administrative Supervision said that the incompatibility of the public servant is given in relation to the entity for which he worked, so, it may exercise their profession in other instances, as in the private sector, which did not happen in this case.

The penalty was converted into the equivalent of the wages earned at the time of the commission of the offense, calculated sum of 4 million 928 thousand 646 pesos.
