Sex offense, the Attorney General's Office dismissed and disabled for 20 years, in ruling on appeal, a professor in the department of Caquetá

• Disciplinary action is to commit sexual acts in less than 14 years, abusing their status as teachers.

The Attorney General's Office, through the First Division for Administrative Supervision, confirmed in its entirety, in ruling on appeal, the punitive decision handed down against Mr. José Ulises Pena, professor of the Department of Education Department of Caquetá for committing sexual acts with child under 14 years.

Among the charges against disciplined, is to have committed the crime of sexual intercourse in less than 14 years, to perform touching of private parts of an infant of only 9 years old, abusing his status as a teacher, making such acts in the classroom while in lawful exercise of his functions as such.

Such reprehensible conduct is part of the most serious disciplinary offense by way of fraud by "objectively perform a typical description embodied in the Act as an offense punishable by way of deception" as stated in article 38 of Law 734 of 2002.

In the judgment of first instance, ratified in resolving the appeal, noted that the statements of the child had made a clear description of the events at different times, both to the Family Commission as to the CTI of Public Prosecutions, and never had been presented contradictions, which offered a high degree of credibility, allowing the facts to note, manner and place.

The disciplinary investigation against the sentence started on the occasion of the report submitted by the director of the institution for which they work the disciplined, Far Field Educational Center in the municipality of Solita, Caquetá department.
