Statement of charges against soldiers of the Army

The Attorney General's Office made ​​the statement of objections to SV Pejendino Fabio Hernan Lopez and Antonio Carlos Quintero CS Galindo, Special Energy attached to Battalion based nro.5 Road Catfish (Antioquia), for possible omission of their duty of care and control over armed groups outside the law which led to the disappearance of three young men in the village of El Saltillo, the municipality of Zaragoza (Antioquia).

According to evidence gathered, the three men were captured by members of an armed group operating outside the law. Apparently, the soldiers operating in the area have come to the place where young people were detained, but would not advance any action to release them, allowing members of the rebel group carried out the crime of forced disappearance of persons.

"It seems that met all the necessary steps to enable the realization of the intention of the self-assumed the risk of the results produced reprehensible," the statement of objections.

He adds that the military would have allowed this armed group operating outside the law deprived of freedom to three people and having the ability to request and demand their release, would not have done.
