The Attorney General's Office convened a public hearing the manager of the Municipal Marketing (Antioquia)

For allegedly exceeding their authority by ordering through the issuance of resolutions 0024 and 0025 restitution and eviction of six local Municipal Marketing (EMMA) Apartado (Antioquia), the Attorney General's Office cited an audience verbal public Yony Mr. Rufino Lozano Berrocal, in his capacity as manager of the EMMA.

During the proceedings Mr. Lozano disciplinary Berrocal may exercise its right of contradiction and defense, and if desired, give a statement, verbal or written, about the circumstances of the commission may need to be alleged and provide or apply for proofs.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday 29 February 2012, at 8:00 a. m. Attorney in the office of Provincial de Apartado, located on Calle 95 no. 96A 65, founding neighborhood.
