The Attorney General's Office will issue court ruling against former mayor of Santa Marta

On Monday January 30 will be read to the court ruling against Juan Pablo Diaz Granados Pinedo.

On the premises of the headquarters of the Attorney General's Office fulfilled the oral hearing in which the former mayor of Santa Marta, Juan Pablo Diaz Granados Pinedo and his attorney, Uriel Alberto Amaya Olaya, presented closing arguments in the process advance against him.
 
It must be remembered that Mr. Diaz Granados Pinedo is being investigated for alleged breach of the coverages provided by law and regulations, the maximum rate of investment in priority projects by destination undue royalties and compensation resources, and resources to implement royalties and compensation for various purpose permitted in 2008.

The hearing in which it will read the court ruling will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012, at 3:00 p. m., in the office of Prosecutor for the Economy and Public Finance, located on the floor 12 of the race 5 # 15-80 of the city of Bogotá.
