The problems of corruption that society is experiencing today are ethical problems and the answer then it must be of the same nature": Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado

 

The Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, issued today in the academic conference "Public Ethics: For a new Colombian citizen," directed more than 500 students and faculty at the University of Manizales in Caldas capital.
 
In his talk, the chief prosecutors reminded how important it is to continue the fight against corruption costs the Colombian 13% of the national budget, while recognizing that "many times before the repetition and the impossibility of getting results against corruption, it creates a kind of skepticism. "

Moreover, the prosecutor referred to the moral context, stating that "citizens do not simply act out of fear punitive, but because we have beliefs that allow us to adapt our behavior to the public purposes and tasks of the legal system."

Finally, Dr. Alejandro Ordóñez Attorney attended affairs in the department and discussed some research underway in this region, from the office of the Regional Caldas.
